Coconut Rice
Rice 1kg
Coconut 300gm
Cashewnuts 8-10
Green chillies 2
Red chillies 5
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Split black gram 5gm
Bengal gram 5gm Oil 50ml
Salt to taste
Method
Clean, wash and boil rice; add salt.
Grate coconut.
Split green chillies.
Heat fat, fry cashewnuts and keep aside.
Fry green chillies, red chillies, mustard, black gram, and bengal gram.
Then add grated coconut and rice mix all together and serve hot
